Are you struggling with with stress, overwhelm and fatigue? Learn how to support positive mental health as you are guided through breathing exercises, stretches and movements that support and nourish the nervous system. You will leave feeling more vibrant, grounded and connected to yourself and your community.

This workshop includes:

  • Intention setting/journal prompt exercise

  • Stretch and warmup

  • Dynamic movement for all levels from a mat (no equipment required) that are designed to gently activate the nervous system to boost mental wellbeing

  • Cool down stretch and meditation
