With a background in psychology, Coach Catrina brings a supportive, mental health–forward approach that’s rare in the fitness industry. Blending body-positive movement, health coaching, and strength training, her clients build strong, sustainable foundations mentally, physically, and emotionally. Her goal? Inspire wellness in all areas of life: in and out of the gym.

Catrina is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, and an
Institute of Motion Applied Health and Human Performance Specialist with over eight years experience. She is currently coaching in North Vancouver, BC while pursuing a Masters of Counselling Psychology to continue to build her holistic, mental health-focussed approach to personal training.
